GRANOLA

4 cups rolled oats
(not 1 minute)
½ cup sunflower or sesame seeds or chopped nuts (I usually use whole nuts)
A little coconut and/or wheat germ
Salt
¼ cup honey
2 Tbsp maple syrup
¼ c corn or canola oil
2 tsp vanilla
Pour wet ingredients over dry in baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Add raisins and/or cranberries after cooking.
Note: It is less messy
if you put the oil into a glass measuring cup, then add the honey.
